"We have several new members joining us today! We have Echospots, Cometsky, and Turtleshell, who are warriors!" As she said their names, the cats used a tail flick or a simple nod to awknowledge themselves.
"Then we have Bitterpaw, and Brackenpaw, who are apprentices!" She nodded to the apprentices, her eyes searching the crowd. "I wish for Oakcloud to mentor Brackenpaw, and Turtleshell to mentor Bitterpaw." Both mentors stepped up and touched noses with their apprentices, and led them away.
"Finally, we have a queen, her three kits, and another kit!" She looked at the crowd. She spotted the queen, Stormsky, and her kits, Beekit, Wolfkit, and Hawkkit sitting by the nursery. Another kit sat away from them, watching. "I wish for Stormsky to watch over Ivykit as well as her own kits!" She saw the queen look up, and lock eyes with her. She nodded, eyes glazed with determination.
Rosestar glanced around. "I guess that is all!"
